Organizations/ Groups I Support:
THE COLORED MUSICIANS CLUB
| No artist or musician or businessman works alone. We all work real hard to network and find true believers in our talent and integrity, who will help and offer their time and knowledge. These are just a few links to places and people that have helped other artists find their voices, or simply made the world a MUCH better place to be. Please follow these links and do what you can to support these sites. Sites of Impact The home of Van Taylor Production. Without this man, this site and career would not exist.
The Production site.
Award winning international band with whom I've been proud to be a part for several years.
The Historic Colored Musicians' Club-- our official rehearsal space, and a must-stop for the greats on their travels.
The Hunger Project. Committed to the sustainable end of world hunger. The methodology of The Hunger Project deems that hungry people themselves are the solution, not the problem. Your investment in this organization goes to the SUSTAINABLE end of hunger, not just a patch-work job while the money lasts. The changes rendered in the communities activated by the Hunger Project are ongoing and increasing and millions of women and children are, instead of dying, receiving education, health care, privacy, banks and the tools and skills they need to reverse the devastating gender inequality and therefore chronic hunger to which they have been subjected. Please visit this site.

I rescued two beautiful kittens from the streets of Queens, and BeingKind (now KittyKind) provided their shots, flea elimination, emergency food, litter and supplies, all without charge and without compensation. (Although I am a regular donor). If you are in the NYC area, look for BeingKind, or KittyKind, and please give generously. They have saved many small lives. Look specifically in PETCO in Union Square.
Len Tobin has built up this voiceover workshop into a tremendous little Buffalo-based hotbed of voiceover talent. Excellent voices and lots of fun. Stop by!
My grandfather was assisted by hospice during his final days, and the difference it made both for him and for my family has earned my eternal gratitude.
My good friend and extremely talented performer. He is the next Sinatra, with twice the charm. You can buy his new album online as well. I've heard his songs played on Sirius radio channels-- keep your ears open for him.
This site goes beyond evolution. It's all about raw, honest music. Wu-tang fans, get your fill here.
One of my many loves is making sure our next generation of children is looked after. I believe in the arts and the artistic process as rudimentary and necessary to live, think, and become better human beings. Artfully Aware's slogan is "Sustainable Empowerment Through The Arts" and that says it all. There is a strong focus on Uganda, but we are expanding connections across the globe.
Flick was a large part of the production of the first album, Blind Faith.
